Nobody said an erection isn't art. It just isn't allowed on deviant Art. The link you posted - the guy has his own website, not one on dA. How hard is that for you to understand?

The real fact is, this is an internet regulation.
Even softporn sites has to respect this regulation.
The ToS of DA isn't just of DA, is for all the internet.

It's a matter about internet regulations and so.
Obviously you can find host providers that allow you to host adults content, but DA isn't one of them.
Adult site hosts are constantly under investigation of authorities.
but photography should be practiced with your eyes not by your "best friend ever in your life" !!!
